Physical Therapist (PT) Clinical Director, Milford Delaware
Aquacare Fitness Forum Physical Therapy · Milford, DE · 2 days ago
On-siteFull-time
The Role
The Clinic Director is the CEO of their clinic. You own its performance: the quality of care that goes out the door, the patient experience from the front desk to discharge, the financial and operational health of the site, and the people who work there. You are also the clinic's chief culture officer.
Responsibilities
- Treat, not just evaluate. Roughly 30 minutes of scheduled non-treatment time is built into each day, and documentation runs through Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
- Keep a real caseload. You work in the clinic and have hours set aside for your admin work.
- Work alongside 6-8 therapists and additional PTAs, techs. Our therapy pools are either on-site or nearby within the community.
- Specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation through Aquacare Athletics.
- Build a career in orthopedics, pelvic floor, or aquatic therapy in this region.
