Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities
• Collaborate with team members and make referrals for comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and wellness

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or equivalent experience (including foreign degree evaluation)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive PT experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
