We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized treatment plans to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.
- Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
- Collaborate with local management and support in-house therapy services.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
- State licensure in the relevant SNF location.
- Previous SNF rehab experience preferred.
- Background check and adherence to a drug-free workplace policy.
