About the Role
A Physical Therapist provides patient-centered physical therapy services in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans
- Deliver therapy interventions to promote functional independence
- Train patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of relevant experience
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
