About the Role

Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and create tailored physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment programs
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Current or eligible Kansas PT license
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
