Physical Therapist (PT)
Total potential income: $85,000–$105,000 per year (base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings). Base pay: $80,000–$85,000.
About the role
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice advancing musculoskeletal care by putting PTs at the front of care, supported by diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This position offers a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload, with a slight majority of your time focused on inpatient care at Kane County Hospital, along with outpatient orthopedic treatment. It’s a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys variety and wants experience across multiple care settings while still maintaining a strong orthopedic focus.
What your day looks like:
- Treat a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients, with a slight majority of the caseload focused on inpatient care at Kane County Hospital
- Provide outpatient orthopedic care with dedicated 1:1 patient time
- Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Maintain a manageable caseload with a focus on patient-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
