Hamaspik of Kings County Inc. is currently seeking per diem NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide therapeutic services in home settings for their Early Intervention program serving all 5 NYC boroughs with a high concentration in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays.
• Create family-centered treatment goals to facilitate carryover and maximum progress.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of therapy sessions and caregiver communication.
• Educate families and caregivers about the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children who have disabilities, in the Early Intervention.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Desire to improve the quality of life of children with special needs.
• Bilingual a plus (Yiddish and Spanish).
