InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Sebastian. We are looking for someone who values a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 – $80 per visit
• Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
• Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
