Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality care to long-term care, short-skilled stay residents and outpatients in the skilled nursing setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Contribute to a supportive, high-performing therapy team that believes in patient-first care.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with outpatient for geriatrics is preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
