Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual needs and goals
• Use evidence-based techniques to improve patient outcomes and mobility
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-management strategies
• Supervise the activities of a physical therapy assistant when required
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and progress notes

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Accepted and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Completion of orientation required by company policy
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment
