Physical Therapist - PT

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a senior living community, providing comprehensive physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Educating patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and condition management.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred CPR certification.
