We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize progressive treatment modalities
- Ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Licensed in the state of practice
- Previous rehab skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
