About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Cheviot, OH (45211) Skilled Nursing Facility. New hourly rates of $43–$48 based on experience and qualifying interview. Full-time position with shared coverage at both Terrace View Gardens and Home at Hearthstone. Flexible 3/2 split schedule with minimal daily travel between locations; travel reimbursement included if traveling between both sites in the same day. PRN opportunities also available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Maximize residents’ functional potential in all areas of life.

Requirements

• Physical therapy license in state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
