Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our beautiful senior living community in New Florence, Missouri. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors as you help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Per diem/PRN opportunities are available with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our community. This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants to maintain their skills and stay current in the field without the commitment of a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and progressive rehabilitation goals
• Conduct daily rounds to assess the physical needs of residents and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal physical function, strength, and mobility
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop effective care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatments and progress
