Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at AdviniaCare Seashore Pointe.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
