About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) at PAM Health will manage and provide care to chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care. This role involves delivering, directing, and supervising care in an age-appropriate manner, adhering to relevant laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Patient/patient management
• Delivery and direction of care
• Supervision of care provided
• Ensuring care is delivered in an age-appropriate manner
• Compliance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Adherence to professional code of ethics
• Conformance with PAM Health's policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Performance of other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of clinical experience preferred
