Spring River is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Roswell, New Mexico. Mileage reimbursement and flexibility offered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with temporary or long-term disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Deliver treatment to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and progress
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of New Mexico (active and in good standing)
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of current therapy practices
• Experience with Net Health (or similar EMR) preferred
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
