Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Provides patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
• Oversees support staff.
• Participates in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
• Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements.

Requirements

• 1 or more year(s) of home health Physical Therapy Experience (strongly preferred).
• 1 or more year(s) of acute care Physical Therapy Experience (strongly preferred).
• Orthopedic Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Skills

• Experience in both acute care and home health settings.
• Experience in program / new service development.

PRN Days position with at least 3 shifts per month, Monday - Friday with no weekend or holiday commitments.
