Physical Therapist PRN

Role: Physical Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities in patients with disease or injury. Key Duties Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies.Implement and adjust therapy treatments, select appropriate activities, and provide patient and family education.Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions in compliance with departmental protocols.Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and proper attire.Communicate effectively with team members, participate in meetings, and organize workload efficiently.Promote positive patient experiences through excellent customer service and teamwork.Engage in ongoing professional development, complete required competencies, and participate in staff training. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and effective communication skills are required. Skills: Strong communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
