Physical Therapist- PRN

About the role

This is a collective bargaining position with a Day Shift variable per diem schedule. As a Physical Therapist, you'll deliver personalized care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities, all within their homes.

Responsibilities

• Adapts to changes in healthcare delivery systems
• Promotes strong interdisciplinary collaboration
• Stays up to date with evolving treatments, technologies, and patient needs
• Manages a diverse caseload with strong time management and organization
• Delivers compassionate care despite barriers such as cognitive limitations or language differences

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Experience: 1 year of Physical Therapy experience with adults in a home health care or rehabilitation setting preferred

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered (State Employed) License as a Physical Therapist required within 30 days of hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Skills

• Competent in interpreting patient self-report or behavior
• Understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, and chronological maturation processes
• Individualized treatment plans reflecting developmental needs and range of treatment needs

$50.56-$73.29 per hour
