Physical Therapist - PRN

About the role

This PRN Physical Therapist position involves providing pediatric physical therapy services, primarily for developmental patients, during staff absences such as PTO and leaves. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Educate and consult with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels.
• Complete proper documentation and provide assessments, reassessments, and consultations for therapy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapist License required.
• No prior experience necessary, but strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
