About the role

Physical Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities in patients with diseases or injuries.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Provides patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Performs patient assessments, establishes treatment goals, and evaluates progress.
• Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental guidelines.
• Acts as a resource for staff, patients, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.
• Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication.
• Participates in staff meetings, professional development, and mandatory training.
• Provides excellent customer service, fosters teamwork, and applies service recovery principles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current PT license and BLS certification required.
• Effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
