Physical Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, enhancing their mobility, strength, and independence. Key duties include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical abilities.Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans.Providing interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training.Monitoring progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.Educating residents and families on therapy goals and strategies.Documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with standards.Participating in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications include: Doctorate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Valid Physical Therapist license in the state.Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred.Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered approach.Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
