About the Unit

Corewell Health physical therapy provides treatments to individuals of all ages experiencing pain or physical limitations that affect their ability to move and perform everyday activities. The team consists of licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care
• Interact appropriately with all patients regardless of age or culture
• Adhere to Corewell Health customer service standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy (required)
• BLS certification (required)
