Physical Therapist - PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physical therapy to patients through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or temporary license.
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist experience.
