Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license
• State‑specific PT or PTA license
• Currently employed in Home Health or another in‑home patient care setting (required)
• Actively treating patients in their homes
• Reliable, personal transportation
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
