About the role
PeteDME is building a nationwide network of home-based therapists who want to give patients with back, knee, and other musculoskeletal conditions more comprehensive care, and earn additional income from the patients they already treat. This opportunity is designed for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants currently practicing in home health, mobile outpatient, or other in-home clinical settings.
Integrated MSK Care combines expert physical therapy, custom-fit orthopedic bracing, and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) into a simple clinical model. This is a clinical opportunity, not a sales role.
Responsibilities
- Complete orthopedic bracing training and certification (provided at no cost)
- Provide custom-fit durable medical equipment (bracing) to appropriate patients on your existing caseload
- Once active in the bracing program, deliver telehealth MSK care from home to your existing patients and to patients referred directly by PeteDME
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs, support treatment plans, and help optimize recovery
Requirements
- Current PT or PTA license
- Currently employed in home health or another in-home patient care setting (required)
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Pay
