Physical Therapist- Per Diem

About the role

As a Physical Therapist, you will work on a per diem basis, providing physical therapy services to our residents in a sub-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' physical therapy needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy interventions, including modalities, exercises, and other forms of therapy
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and team conferences to promote optimal patient care
• Adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current licensure in the State of Florida
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
