About the role

Join the dedicated rehabilitation team at the STAR Clinic with BJC in South County! In this full-time role, you'll provide specialized patient care with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation and lymphedema treatment. Therapists who hold PWCS certification are eligible for Rehab Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat medical disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students
• Assist in planning, developing, and managing processes and special projects

Requirements

• One-on-one patient care
• Mentorship and professional development
• Annual CEU budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience
• No supervisor experience required
• Licenses and certifications in area of expertise preferred
