Physical Therapist - Pediatrics-up to $10k sign on bonus!

About the role

Saco Bay Kids is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to join our fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team. We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits and more. You will play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our pediatric patients reach their goals and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide individualized treatment programs to help patients achieve their goals
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Adhere to state practice act and laws governing physical therapy practice
• Supervise and delegate physical therapy care within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations
• Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with approval from the manager and referring physicians
• Stay current with physical therapy research and evidence-based practice

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives

Pay

Salary is based on experience. Sign on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment are also available!

Schedule

Monday through Friday PRN and part-time are also available.
