Physical Therapist - Pediatrics

About the role

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our dynamic team. We provide evaluation and treatment services for a variety of pediatric conditions, including sensory processing challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, neurological and genetic conditions, feeding disorders, visual-motor deficits, and more.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with a wide range of pediatric conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational, physical, speech therapists, and behavior analysts
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient care responsibilities and maintain thorough records
• Stay updated with the latest research and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy

Requirements

• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred but not required
• Passion for making a positive impact on children and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$71,000 - $85,000 annually, based on years of experience

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days a week
