BAYADA is seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Sussex County DE. We welcome Maryland Therapists with a Delaware License.

What You'll Do

As an Early Intervention PT, you will:

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

Requirements

• Active DE Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Active Delaware license
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care
