Physical Therapist - Pediatric

About the role

We are seeking Pediatric Physical Therapists to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, integrated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services within daycare settings to promote natural, real-world progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OT, SLP, teachers, and caregivers for comprehensive care.
• Assess movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments.
• Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans that support development and participation in daily routines.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to meet evolving needs.
• Educate families and caregivers, provide home exercise programs, and strategies to support ongoing progress outside therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the practice state.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
