Physical Therapist - Part-Time / PRN

About the role

Part-time, PRN Physical Therapist position focused on neuro rehabilitation in home and community settings. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a focus on meaningful functional outcomes, working with individuals recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, TBI, and Parkinson’s disease.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Reassess treatment effectiveness and attend team meetings
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations
• Communicate patient progress to the care team, family, and other disciplines
• Ensure coordinated care to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted PT license in practicing state
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification
• Preferably, at least one year of experience in neuro rehab
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle physical demands including lifting and moving patients
• Physical capability to perform duties safely and effectively
