Physical Therapist Outpatient - Relief

Responsibilities

• Care Management: Participates in patient care conferences, develops appropriate plan of care, delegates treatment, documents patient progress, and implements and evaluates treatment plans.
• Educate: Acts as a resource person, mentors, and provides educational opportunities to peers and liaises with educational institutions.
• Patient Care: Evaluates patients, performs treatments, and adheres to safety protocols.
• Compliance/Safety: Reports safety incidents, attends training, complies with regulations, maintains certifications, completes charges, meets productivity goals, and attends department meetings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Arizona license, BLS certification, and appropriate clinical competencies.
• Experience: Healthcare experience is preferred.
