About the role

As a physical therapist in an outpatient clinic in Tulsa, OK, you will help patients regain movement, manage pain, and restore physical functionality. You will evaluate and treat patients following injury, surgery, or illness, plan individualized treatment programs, and document progress.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current Oklahoma PT license (Compact license accepted)
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • No more than a 30-day gap in work history within the last 7 years
  • One professional reference from the last 12 months
