Responsibilities

• Support a friendly, positive and professional environment
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license and OP experience
• Preferred: Travel experience

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
