The environment is designed to support efficient, patient-centered care with modern treatment spaces and equipment tailored to outpatient rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise programs. You will monitor patient progress, adjust plans of care as needed, and document all services accurately in an electronic medical record system. You will also educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain functional gains after discharge. This assignment is a 13-week temporary direct engagement with an ASAP start, making it well-suited for therapists seeking a defined contract period in a desirable location. The schedule consists of day shifts, five 8-hour days per week, for a total of approximately 40 hours weekly. On-call responsibilities are not anticipated, supporting a consistent daytime work routine.
