Evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation programs, implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and document progress accurately.

Requirements

• Valid Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification
• Licenses and OP experience are required
• Travel experience is preferred

Qualifications

A valid Virginia Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification are required. Experience is recommended, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
