Responsibilities
- Comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment planning
- Manual therapy as appropriate
- Therapeutic exercise prescription
- Patient and family education
- Coordination with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Track measurable outcomes and participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care
- Mix of evaluations and follow-up visits with strong focus on one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions allowing for meaningful patient interaction
- Thorough documentation in the electronic medical record
- Work with a primarily adult and older adult caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, degenerative joint, spine, and balance-related conditions
Schedule
StartDate: 8/24/2026. Available Shifts: 8 D. Clinic schedules generally follow daytime weekday hours, with potential for some extended or flexible hours depending on patient demand.

Pay Rate: $2460.00 - $2535.00
