Physical Therapist Outpatient Private Practice
About Us
We are a family‑oriented private practice physical therapy office located in Lafayette, CA serving the eastern Bay Area. Our clinic uses in‑house diagnostics — musculoskeletal ultrasound, nerve conduction studies, and electromyography — to find the root cause of conditions and create tailored treatment plans. Our Clinical Service Director/Physical Therapist performs these diagnostic services. We treat a broad orthopedic caseload including general orthopedics, geriatrics, sports, some neurology, vestibular, and pelvic health (treatment of vestibular/pelvic health is optional). We emphasize teamwork, mentorship, and a culture where staff love coming to work. We have invested in Prompt Sidekick, an ambient scribing system that reduces documentation time so PTs can spend more time with patients. Our goal is to provide exceptional care beyond insurance limits and to grow wellness and private‑pay services for a sustainable future.
