About the role

At Sport Ortho Urgent Care, Physical Therapists work in an outpatient orthopedic model with manageable patient volumes (average 10 patients per day), allowing top‑of‑license practice and meaningful patient interaction. The clinic emphasizes conservative musculoskeletal care, direct‑access PT services, and collaboration with orthopedic advanced practice providers, PT assistants, and surgeons under one roof.

Responsibilities

• Treat an average of 10 patients per day in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Provide direct‑access conservative musculoskeletal care utilizing in‑house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic services.
• Collaborate with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
• Maintain high‑quality, value‑based care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Participate in a team‑based approach that supports professional growth and work‑life balance.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
• CPR certification preferred.
