Physical Therapist Outpatient - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at Center for Physical Excellence in Prescott, Arizona. Our mission is to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
• Work in an environment that includes aquatic therapy, occasional pediatric cases, and athletic and first responder patients.
• Collaborate with a team culture that values collaboration, growth, and work-life balance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• A current Arizona Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).
• Experience or comfort treating outpatient orthopedic and general outpatient populations preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and community engagement interest.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort treating outpatient orthopedic and general outpatient populations preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and community engagement interest.
