Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Day Shift, Full-Time

About the Role

Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Serves as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations to determine patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Communicates discharge and care plans to patients and team members.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants and performs additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations and establishes personalized treatment and discharge plans.
• Uses clinical techniques and tools effectively.
• Maintains thorough and timely documentation.
• Supervises therapy assistants.
• Follows organizational policies, including vaccination requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Licensed in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in physical therapy.
