Physical Therapist - Outpatient Casual

Role: A licensed physical therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Conduct therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.Provide patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and manage a full caseload including documentation, billing, and scheduling.Supervise support staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.Coordinate with healthcare leaders and referring physicians to ensure cohesive patient care, while complying with organizational policies and ethical standards.May serve as a clinical instructor or participate in departmental committees and credentialing activities. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure in the relevant state.Education from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership abilities.Flexibility to work across departments as needed; may include remote or hybrid options.
