Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
- Conducting Free Consultations
- Ensuring patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
- Keeping patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care
- Completing all required documentation of each visit
- Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed
- Supervising PTA's and Therapy Technicians
- Listening to and recording patient successes
- Keeping Case management lists up to date
- Aiding in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
- Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports
Requirements
Willing to relocate, dedicated, driven, and skilled therapist.
Qualifications
- Must have completed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in Wyoming
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required
