Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
• Conducting Free Consultations
• Ensuring patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
• Keeping patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care
• Completing all required documentation of each visit
• Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed
• Supervising PTA's and Therapy Technicians
• Listening to and recording patient successes
• Keeping Case management lists up to date
• Aiding in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
• Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports

Requirements

Willing to relocate, dedicated, driven, and skilled therapist.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in Wyoming
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required
