Physical Therapist - Outpatient

About the role
This full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist position provides coverage at our Reynolds Center, dividing time between Industrial Rehabilitation Services and Outpatient Therapy. The Industrial Rehabilitation Program offers:
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s)
- Impairment Ratings (IRs)
- Work Hardening (WH) and Work Conditioning (WC) services (typically for workers’ compensation clients)
- Movement Tolerance Testing for patients not covered by workers’ compensation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program required
- Virginia licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the Virginia State Board of Health Professions required
- Healthcare professionals CPR certification required
- Experience/expertise in outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Experience in Industrial Rehabilitation is a plus, but we are willing to train
- Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program and/or specialty practice certification preferred
Pay
$38.00 - $56.00 per hour. This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market-competitive compensation. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
