Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Pay

• Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors).
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations.
