Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
- Manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Pay
- Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors).
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations.
