Physical Therapist - Outpatient

About the Role

Responsible for delivering safe and effective Physical Therapy services through evaluation, treatment, and patient education. Communicates professionally with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with various injuries or conditions affecting mobility and independence.
  • Provide outpatient, inpatient, and specialized rehab services, including sports, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and balance therapies.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
  • Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Travel to multiple care sites as needed.

Requirements

  • Unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles.
  • Effective communication, counseling, and business writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time efficiently.

Physical Demands

Frequently involves lifting, reaching, bending, manual dexterity, and movement required for therapy tasks, with some activities performed occasionally or rarely.
